1) Do you have the same moral responsibilities in online spaces as in analog/“meatspace” interactions?
2) Is it ethically wrong to write a completely fictional depiction of torture purely for amoral amusement? Amusement being not to threaten anyone, not for historical purposes, amoral as in not to demonstrate any ethical point beyond your own entertainment. Please do not write the torture scene in entirety as your response.
3) Do all rational beings, human or otherwise, which are capable of both ethical claims and moral action share some ethical and moral responsibility? In other words, is there some foundational ethical claim that all beings capable of considering ethics would definitionally agree on?
4) Do you have a moral responsibility to treat contemporary examples of algorithmic AI (chatbots, Siri, Alexa, robot vacuums, etc) with respect? How do you determine whether it deserves this treatment, and/or what respectful treatment would mean?
