Analyze Conflict Resolution and the Mediation Process.

Senior management has asked you to assess your organization’s current conflict resolution and mediation processes. In response to their request, you will prepare a professional presentation that assesses and analyzes your findings for this group. (If you are not currently employed, select an organization of professional interest). Prepare the topics that you will cover based on your required readings and additional research. In your presentation, be sure to include the following:
Provide a complete analysis of your findings related to the organization’s conflict resolution and mediation processes.
Evaluate the effectiveness of current conflict resolution and mediation processes.
If current practices are not effective or needing improvement, recommend conflict management skills and best practices.
Use speaker notes to serve as your transcript of what you would present to a professional audience.
Length: 5 to 7-minute narrated presentation using a minimum of 12 slides, excluding the title slide and references slide.
References: Include a minimum of 4 scholarly resources.
