Soc 360: Leadership and Organization
Your third reflection is a bit different in format and requires more original creativity than the others, while also demonstrating knowledge of our course material.
The purpose of the assignment is to synthesize your ideal workplace in a complex organization with the knowledgeable understanding of Organizational Mission, Vision, and Core Values as presented in Chapter 9.
Requirements & Format
Create your dream (and fictional) job under an ethical and relational model of leadership. For the purposes of this paper, the organization you are working with does not exist.
Your paper should be organized into an Intro, Body, and Conclusion which include the following areas and information:
• A brief description of your dream job and the fictional complex organization you’re working with. Provide a name for your fictional organization, its purpose, and your position title.
• Provide the following for your fictional organization:
o Mission statement
o Vision
o Core Values
• Discuss and connect your fictional complex organization and its mission, vision,
and core values with material presented in Chapter 9 of your text, demonstrating you’ve engaged the material.
• ): An insert of your organization’s logo and the meaning behind it. This can be a draft graphic you’ve made, a photo of a penned mock-up, etc. While logos around you might inspire you, as with written work, it needs to be original in order to avoid possible plagiarism.

• While every essay will be different, each essay must demonstrate accurate use of
concepts introduced in our course text with integrated references and citations.
• All references must have both in-text citations and reference. Remember, if it’s
not an original thought from you personally, it must be cited.
• An ASA citation guide is posted, APA is also suitable, just be consistent.
