Introduction: Planning for the recruitment process involves consideration of applicant and employer perspectives and consideration of recruitment sources. In this assignment, you will develop a recruitment plan that addresses each of these areas.
Instructions: Choose from the following options as the recruiter to find a candidate for one of the following positions:

(4) emergency room director for a major hospital chain
(5) bank manager
(6) bank card security manager
Checklist:
Name the position for which you are recruiting.
Determine how you will align applicant and employer expectations. Provide at least three examples.
Describe how you will implement a proactive recruitment approach.
Discuss how you will use electronic recruitment methods. Provide at least three examples.
Explain how you will use knowledge about traits that characterize each generation in your recruitment plan. Provide at least three examples.
Justify your recruitment approach and methods using three supportive arguments.
Additional requirements:
This assignment should be in a 2–3-page Word document, in addition to the title and reference pages.
It must be written in Standard English and demonstrate exceptional content, organization, style, grammar, and mechanics.
Respond to the questions in a thorough manner, providing specific examples where asked.
Your paper should provide a clearly established and sustained viewpoint and purpose.
Your writing should be well ordered, logical, and unified, as well as original and insightful.
A separate page at the end of your research paper should contain a list of references in current APA format. Use your textbook, the Library, and the Internet for research. Use reliable and/or scholarly resources.
Be sure to cite where appropriate and reference all sources. Your sources and content should follow current APA format and citation style (see Unit reading for APA assistance).
