This paper involves reading, understanding, and reflecting upon a case related to an aspect of leisure study/practice. Once you have selected one case study and read it thoroughly, you must respond to three reflection questions, using the literature to support your answers. 1. How will you address the issue of women (especially those second shifters) who are unable
to participate due to childcare issues? Outline two programs/initiatives that might help
support working mothers.
2. Consider what your responsibility is when it comes to educating your participants about
equitable treatment for all participants. How will you create a space that is safe and inclusive
for everyone? Outline two specific strategies that you could use to help create a safe and
welcoming space for all genders.
3. Outline a plan to distribute the funding received to address the issues brought to light after
conducting the survey. Outline two specific strategies/programs that you could implement
to help mitigate these challenges through your role at Sunnyside Courts.
