Radiation Oncology Management Project

Must include:
o Title page
o Reference page – AMA Format
o Paper should contain an introduction, a body, and a conclusion
o Tables and figures should be labeled, followedby a brief description and proper citation (i.e. “Figure 1: A schematic of a linear accelerator2”).
o Images, diagrams, and charts can be used within the body of the paper but must bereferenced at the image and in the reference page
o Pages need to be numbered

Describe the activities performed by:

Dosimetrists
Therapists
Nurses
Manager
For each Quality Assurance activity, describe the Frequency
and how it is reported.
Describe and Committees or Conferences which would be implemented.
