Write a research proposal on Indigenous involvement in industry.

Instructions
Your assignment should consist of two equal parts a) review of key issues, questions, theoretical concepts and empirical research related to your topic, and b) leadership application of practices and strategies to address, resolve or implement the topic idea. You are expected to make reference to aspects of strategic planning, analysis, decision making and/or evaluation.
Assignment Format and Length
2000 word document, excluding the title page and references. You will need to cite your sources for any quotes, summarized or paraphrased ideas or concepts, and/or images included in your assignment.
Written papers are to be formatted and referenced using the most recent edition of APA, use critical analysis and be supported by approximately 8 to 12 high quality academic sources from the course and/or from your own literature search.
