Complete four pieces of reflective writing in response to provocative statements/ideas presented in class, workshops and readings over the first three weeks. Each of the four pieces should explore a single topic/issue and explore views, beliefs, values and positioning on the topic. One of the four topics may be expanded in assessment 2. Your writing should consider the attitudes, beliefs and values that you encounter in readings and class discussions and identify how you understand your position both personally and professionally in relation to those. Do not summarise the content of a lecture session, instead, you should focus on a particular idea(s) and discuss this in relation to your personal and professional views on the issue(s) and/or idea(s). You are encouraged to draw on a range of material to support your writing. This could include reference to blog posts, YouTube (etc.) videos, and/or images, alongside the relevant academic literature. Each piece of reflective writing should be given a title, and supporting materials should be referenced in APA format at the end of each one. All four pieces of writing must be included in your submission to Turnitin.
