Explain the impact it had on the research field and why it is important.
Develop a research question that you would like to study in this course. Please be sure to make sure it is appropriate, information can be collected, you do not ask about mental health symptoms, suicide, or homicide (any issues where you might cause harm, put people at risk, or might have to make a decision about safety). Your instructor will give you approval for your research question.

Do people feel more relaxed after a mindfulness activity?
Do taller people hold higher positions at work?
Are birth order and the Big 5 Personality traits related?
