1) Discuss some of the problems with engaging in counterintelligence operations. 2) Do you believe counterintelligence operations threaten our civil liberties and rights to privacy to the extent they are counterproductive or are counterintelligence operations so essential that we must use all tools available with little or no regard for civil liberties and privacy rights? Is it possible to uphold constitutional rights and engage in effective counterintelligence operations?
