The review presented is 3 1/2 stars or less and presents a clear indication of an issue. The reviewer provides facts and specific instances of shortcomings. While emotions are present, they are justified and grounded in reality, not opinion.
The tone of the response is professional and empathizes with the reviewer’s experience. There is a genuine sense of apology and regret for the negative experience of the reviewer.The reviewer is fully acknowledged and steps for a resolution are clearly stated. Compensation, or some other action, is offered and a full (and sincere) apology is given. The response encourages the reviewer that there feedback will be used to improve the future experiences of customers and states the actions that will be taken as a result of their review. The response acknowedges that the reviewer should reach out, provides multiples means of contact (phone number, email, etc.), provides appropriate days/times, and names a point of contact that can assist in a resolution.
