Discuss in your final project and submit a short paper that summarizes the issue, including its historical significance, the different sides of the debate, and the position you plan to take.

I have been focusing on the issue of the Supreme court and its supposed responsibility to remain neutral on all issues brought before it. The argument of those who feel there are true divisions noticeable between liberal/conservative views on their opinions, and the charade of “advise and consent” of whoever holds the majority in the Senate. I like to make the point that the court is truly taking on a more political role and hiding behind their assistance of remaining neutral and I’d like to provide a final paper that examines both sides of the argument. Right now, iF you can provide a summarization with the tools you have and sources, I’d appreciate it.
