The best approach is to pull up the most recent 10K and use the snip-it tool to copy financials into the project. The financials must be audited (vs unaudited or quarterly). They should include the three basic financial statements, footnotes and audit opinion.

Use your knowledge from chapter 13 to provide details about the capital of the company. This is not required for the competitor.
Again, bullets are encouraged throughout the deliverables.
What types of stock does the company have? Common? Preferred?
Do they pay dividends? Regular payments? One-time payments? Any noteworthy dividends?
Have there been any recent stock splits? Historical splits? Any future splits that were announced?
How many shares of stock do they have authorized and outstanding?
Any Treasury stock? Are there buyback programs announced or taking place?
