Write a paper identifying the stakeholders for your QI project including the following:
Identify stakeholders for your proposed project
Discuss your plan of communication to gather stakeholder perspectives
Analyze how you plan to engage each of the stakeholders in your proposal
Discuss who might be included in project team roles for inter-professional collaboration. What will the team members role be?(Stakeholders may be included, but also what team members will be directly involved in developing and implementing the project)
Discuss how you will address stakeholder concerns about your project
Include a closing paragraph to summarize the project idea, the need for stakeholder support and how stakeholder support is achieved
The paper should be APA format and include at least 2 scholarly references
It should be 3-4 pages of content with additional title and reference pages
Appropriate headings should be used for each section of content
Remember that references are preferably within the past 3-5years, and should not exceed 10 years
