For the intervention part of the paper, I spoke to my instructor she stated that giving a monthly in-service or training would be a good way to increase education and provide the nursing assistants with pre and post-test. The pre-test before the training and the post-test after every monthly training. Currently, all nursing assistants receive training on fall prevention education yearly through a PowerPoint presentation and TMS (which is an online platform that trains them on fall prevention and they do it on their own). This is all done yearly. My education would be monthly with pre-test and post-test. I will also be sending the PowerPoint that is being used by the hospital (nurse educators) to teach nursing assistants on fall prevention.
