This report is for a management team and the goal is to have the team say ‘yes’ to the reccomendations. Consider the general the management team as a ‘general business audience’ who may not have a detailed knowledge of the issues. 6 pages long single spaced 11 pt. font. Executive summary 1 page, introduction, body and conclusion 3 pages, and clear reccomendations that adress the issue, 2 pages.
