Impact of (incremental vs radical) innovation on brand equity; with customer engagement as the mediating factor.

I need a questionnaire for 8 research variables (listed below)
– roughly 5-7 questions per variable.
– on Likert 5-pint scale (strongly disagree to strongly agree)
– based on recent research (articles no older than 2018 or books 5-10 years old) to ensure relatability.
– if no scale can be found in r eating research, then develop a measuring scale based on recent reliable literature, minimum of 2 references per scale to ensure relatability. (articles no older than 2018 or books 5-10 years old)
– if a scale needs to be created from scratch, please provide a justification listing all the references that were reviewed with no avail.
– in all cases please also supply the references.
