Use Python to search a dataset of genes for a protein motif

Hi, these are the questions I need help with:

1. Write a Python program that will translate each of the 770 cDNA sequences into an amino acid sequence. It should use the gene sequence data file “mRNA_database.fasta” as input. (50%)
2. The program should then search these amino acid sequences for the following protein motif: GXXXXGKT/S. How many of the sequences contain one or more of these Walker motifs? (50%)
