Rewrite professional Letter to university Admission office

H‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌i, I try to write a polite and professional letter to the school (University) and ask them to reconsider my transferred credits and convert them from junior level to senior level. Thank you Letter: Dear Sir/Madam, I hope you are doing well, This is ……. I applied to XXXXXXXX University in JAN,2018 and got accepted my 5 credits were transferred from medical school in England and all of them were assessed as Junior elective courses which didn’t help me with my academic progress. Most of the courses I took in Medical school were senior courses such as HISTOLOGY, anatomy and etc but all of them were accept‌‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌ed as Junior elective courses at xxxxxxxx University. Recently I had a conversation with the advisor, and they mentioned I had a chance to ask the transfer department to do reconsideration transfer courses. At that time, I didn’t familiar with the Canadian University system and the university didn’t acknowledge me that I have 1 year to request for a reassessment my transfers credits. I would like to request reassessments my transfer credit. If any of them converted from junior-level courses to senior-level courses they would help me a lot with my academic progress and would help me financially as well.
