Individual Project (Research paper- Word limit 5000-6000 words Inclusive of references and other)

Based on the attached presentation and its title please elaborate on creating a research paper on the same with the below criteria:The individual project assignment would be in the form of a research paper.Assessment strategy, the individual project assignment (final paper) probes the learner’s understanding of the subject and ability to comprehend, synthesize, evaluate and critique the extant literature on service quality excellence and propose avenues for future research. You are required to synthesize knowledge from previous work. You are expected to go beyond just summarizing the articles you’ve read. Rather, you need to synthesize the literature to show how it all fits together (and how your own research fits in). Any topics of the course weekly plan linked to your research interest could be a potential research topic for your final research paper. Once you have selected your topic (subject to approval by your course instructor), you can write a conceptual (develop a research framework based on existing theory or theories) / theoretical (use of existing theory or theories) paper in that you are required to articulate a clear research question, review and critique the extant literature, develop a list of testable hypotheses / conceptual framework, and suggest appropriate methods for hypothesis testing. So, the purpose of your Individual Project (research paper – conceptual/theoretical paper) is to develop logical and complete arguments about the associations between your research constructs/variables rather than testing them empirically. The format of your Individual Project (research paper) should be as follow:1. Cover page (Title of your assignment, your name/ learner ID number/assignment details/ word limit, date),2. Abstract,3., Keywords,4. Introduction,5. Literature review,6. Theoretical /conceptual framework and hypothesis development,7. Research design,8. Implications,9. Conclusion, limitations, and avenues for future research,10. References,11. AppendicesTopic of Individual Project (research paper)This will include Literature reviews, conceptual frameworks, and theoretical frameworks: terms, functions, and distinctions. Human Resource Development Review, 8(1), 120-130).You are required to contextualize your research in relation to both the established literature and prior studies as well as by linking it to (a) the specific context in which your wish to conduct your study. In short, the outcome of the Individual Project (research paper) should serve as a logical extension of service quality and excellence research and lay the foundation for your final doctoral dissertation (see the Rubric below).Rubrics for research paper• Criterion• Title / abstract (1 mark)• Poor/Unsatisfactory (<24)• Lacks clarity and relevance and fails to reflect on the focus and content of the proposal• Good / Satisfactory (24-26.99)• Is relevant to the focus and content of the proposal• Introduction: problem statement, significance, and aim/question of the study• (10 marks)• Is too broad, fail to highlight the significance of the study, fail to develop a clear aim, and articulate a testable research question• Identifies a relevant research question to both theory and practice, the significance of the study is well justified, presents a clear aim, and articulates a testable research question• Highlights a significant gap in the extant research on the chosen topic, articulates a clear and theoretically derived research question, all elements of the introduction section (problem statement, significance, and aim of the study) are mutually supportive.• Very Good / Excellent (27-30)Is informative, concise, accurate, and readable• Literature review (structure, coverage, synthesis) (10 marks)• Research methods (design, context, population, sampling, instruments, procedures, and analysis) (6 marks)• Lacks a clear organization/structure, is more of a summary of past research (very descriptive), lack of synthesis and analysis, key references are omitted from the review• derived from the problem of interest and literature review• Basic flow of ideas is maintained (but not all sections/sub-sections are logically connected), most of the key references are included but not adequately / critically evaluated.• Structure of the paper is inclusive of the main research constructs/variables; all sections /subsections follow a logical order; it demonstrates a critical analysis of the key references with a focus on a critical review of different theoretical perspectives.• Lack of justification of the adopted methods to achieve the aim of the study, poor description of the context, population, sampling strategy, and a lack of instrument clarity / unfit for research hypothesis/questions, theoretical framework, poor description of statistical methods, and lack of relevance of the statistical methods to the aim and research questions or sampling strategy.• Presents adequate descriptions of the research design, context, population, sampling, instrument development, and procedures for conducting the study. Some limitations and assumptions have been identified. Both descriptive and inferential statistical methods were discussed.• Presents a succinct and logical plan to achieve the overall research aim through the instrument development, collection, interpretation, analysis, and discussion of the data. It fits the research questions and aim of the study. It highlights important limitations and assumptions; it describes thorough and manageable procedures for collecting valid and reliable data. Analytical methods were appropriate in terms of the fit between the research aim/question, research design, descriptive and inferential statistical methods.• Clarity of writing, citation, and following course preparation instructions (3 marks)• Poor writing style, repetitive paragraph/sentences, failure to cite all references correctly both in the main text and in the list of references (e.g., following guidelines of APA or Harvard referencing systems), failure to follow the course preparation instructions• Clear writing style but not concise, some repetitions, most references were cited correctly (e.g., following guidelines of APA or Harvard referencing systems), conformance to the course preparation instructions• Clear and concise writing, complete in-text, and reference list citations (property formatted in APA/Harvard style),Points to consider:• Have your draft proofread for any typos/grammatical errors,• Use Font 12, Times New Roman 1.5-line space, and fully justified text.• Watch for the Turnitin similarity rate of your submission (it must be below 10%).• Please do not exceed the suggested word limit.• All assignments should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format.Useful references (contemporary and classic) for preparing final research paper:• Gilson, L.
