1. Propose at least two research questions/hypotheses that you want to explore using survey research. Try to make at least one theory-based hypothesis.
2. Come up with at least five survey questions. (These questions should be able to answer your RQs or test your hypotheses)

o Trust, commitment, satisfaction, authenticity, negative WOM, etc.
• Each question measures one variable
• At least two questions that use multiple items to measure one variable.
• Include one Likert scale question and one semantic differential question
• No open-ended questions
• No demographic questions
• Consider the question wording, order, format
• If you adapt measures from the published research, please provide the source
