• At least two questions should be about theory-based variables
o Choose a theory/theoretical model that is relevant to your research interest. o See the example below
• At least one question should be about a PR-related variable
o Trust, commitment, satisfaction, authenticity, negative WOM, etc.
• Each question measures one variable
• At least two questions that use multiple items to measure one variable.
• Include one Likert scale question and one semantic differential question
• No open-ended questions
• No demographic questions
• Consider the question wording, order, format
• If you adapt measures from the published research, please provide the source
