Submit your finalized project containing the four scenes from Alchemy as a single movie file that is playable in your post. Be sure the order of the scenes follows the CUE #’s, (m38/m39, m62, m79, m85s) and matches your cue sheet.
For help combining clips together using Apple’s QuickTime Player, follow the instructions here.
Be sure that you have not reduced the file size to the point where the audio has become mono—preserve the stereo audio. Remember, the
video can only have one stereo pair in the file, otherwise we may not hear your added audio!
Upload a screenshot of one completed cue sheet listing all licensed songs in the order of appearance. Be sure to include music cue numbers
for the Alchemy scenes from the spotting notes video.
If a scene contains a shift from visual to background usage, be sure to enter two complete separate entries of the song into the cue sheet with the proper use and duration for each entry. Use only VV, VI, BV or BI in usage column.

That will help get you started. Fill in all highlighted fields, and add in your songs and all other required details.
Some music libraries and song catalogs do not display detailed shares for writers and publishers. For this academic exercise, you can simply divide evenly amongst rights owners so the composers total 100%, and the publishers shares equal 100%. Standard division for 3-way splits is 33.33, 33.33, 33.34 which equals exactly 100% and doesn’t give too much extra to one party.
