This paper is supposed to discuss the social issues regarding women of color in the workplace. This includes the challenges and experiences they face in their workplaces such as education or politics or media and the challenges and experiences regarding career mobility for these women. The assignment requires 10 scholarly articles, I have found five, I need five more to be used for the paper.
The following provides details about the recommended paper structure:
1. Introduction—this introduces the topic of research, states the significance of the project, and the question that guides the research process (½ to ¾ of a page)
2. Discussion of the scholarly literature—this provides an overview of what scholars are saying about the topic under discussion (3.5 to 4 pages)
3. Conclusion—this summarizes what you learned about the topic, and why it is important for sociologists to study it (½ to ¾ of a page)
Formatting:
· The final paper must include at least 10 scholarly sources
· Use ASA formatting for in-text citations and the references section
· It should be written using 12-point, Times New Roman font, double-spaced, one-inch margins, and 5 pages in length
I have attached five out of the 10 articles needed along with the summary of the article. When finding the other five sources you do not need to include summaries like my file, just write the research paper as you normally would including the 10 articles.
