Explain how the story has influenced the world of English and why it has stayed influential in our changing world. Students will want to describe the story but not summarize it. They should look at the little details that move along or explain the story, as well as looking at the bigger picture the author is trying to tell the audience. Remember to look beyond the story to add sources to the essay.
Composition Requirements:
Must use at least one visual source: video, podcast, movie,etc
Must use at least 6 sources. Including the class text as the primary source.
Essay Format Requirments:
Length requirment 1000 words
Page numbers should be in top-right-hand corner.
An introduction and conclusion paragraphs with supporting paragraphs in between.
In text citations and a works cited page in MLA format(9th ed.)
