Produce a program plan. Include your philosophy of program planning, a rationale for the model or modes you have chosen to follow, and a complete description of the program you have developed.
Your program description should include:
An assessment of learning needs.
Instructional objectives.
A description of the program, its location, and its intended audience.
Identification of stakeholders and potential partners.
A discussion of how the cultural context of participants is attended to, and the power dynamics embedded in the institution.
A step-by-step plan including a detailed description of all learning activities with suggested time frames for each activity. Include rationale for the learning activities selected.
Examples of instructional materials (handouts, PowerPoints, websites, film, and other media, art materials, markers, etc.).
A plan for both formative and summative evaluation and transfer of learning.
A preliminary budget.
A bibliography of resources consulted.
