In the given screenshots rewrite the code for Part B (first step) in order the screenshots are from. Then for part A copy the code with the Part B modifications into the next cell and
make the changes described.
Step One: write the code for part B as given in the screenshot
Step Two: Make changes from part B and put the new changes in the Part A cell.
do these two steps in python and submit in a ipynb file.
Other option is you do not need to copy everything for part B but you will still have to write down the whole code in the screenshots and make changes where it tell u and put it for part A where the new changes will be in the code…
Read the code carfully whereever it tells u to make changes make it there.
