Perform
a Feminist reading of Alice Walker’s Meridian.
In a paper of 4-5 pages, analyze the text with an eye toward the way the
author critiques at least one of these issues: women’s domestic life;
reproduction and the idea of motherhood; the disregard of nature and Native
Americans’ claims to the land; and/or the Civil Rights Movement, as a whole.
You may in your paper also want to touch on the role that Meridian’s illness
