Purpose: To better understand “Methodology”

The project will involve viewing and critically analyzing the personality of a character in a movie or television show.

1) Identify the movie/TV show, character, and brief description statement of his/her role.

2) Use the information gleaned from the movie/TV show to assess the character’s personality from at least three domains i.e., biological, psychological, social, cognitive.

3) Describe the character from a particular theoretical perspective.

4) Summarize and present evidence for your analysis.

5) In your analysis, including the benefits and drawbacks of the
theoretical perspective. *We know that an individual cannot be
fully described by one theoretical perspective and each perspective has
benefits and limitations.

6) Include reasons for why your character may have developed his/her personality (genetics, family,
environment, etc.) *From your perspective with limited knowledge of the
person.
7) Be sure to include references to the book,
course materials, and any other references. Use APA style for abstract, in-text citations, and a reference page. Give a title page.
Paper length 4 to 6 pages of content (not including title page and
references), and double-spaced.
