Student will write a major
project paper of 3000 words in length in APA style. To complete this project
the student will write this paper to articulate a coherent leadership plan for
who they are as a leader. This paper will include leadership analysis as well
as leadership insights for the development of a growth process. This process
will include insights for areas to be developed, a strategy and then an
implementation plan. This will then be discussed for practical application to
broader contexts (Could this plan be used by others and if so how) this major
project is 30% of final grade.
Note first person is
allowed in this paper.

Leadership Analysis 10%- This is about yourself. Discuss how you have evolved as a Transformational
leader (before and throughout this course). What are your strengths etc. as a
Transformational leader? Make reference to two Biblical leaders whom you
believe were transformational leaders- what can you learn from them (good/bad).
Make sure to use Scriptures as well.

Leadership assessment 15%. Define and elaborate on the weak areas below individually. This
should be personalized.

Leadership insights 10%- Growth plan for your leadership- how can you as a leader grow and
develop these weak areas. Look for growth leadership plans out there, theories
or scriptures etc. What can help you grow?

Growth plan- strategy-
plan-implementation 15%. Develop a strategic
workable plan that can be used today. Discuss how you would implement the plan for
all 3 areas of weakness individually. (Discuss each separately).
6.
Application to an organization
50% – you have been asked to assess and consult a
church leadership. You have observed that the church leaders are struggling
with the same 3 areas of weakness you have previously identified. Implement your
growth plan in order to help this church grow as transformational leaders and
improve the culture and relationship between followers/ subordinates.
