video presentations, you need to watch at least 2 presentations recorded by
other groups, though you can watch more than two. Once you have watched the
presentations, please write an individual reflection paper. The paper should be
at least 750 words. In this paper you will reflect on:

women impacts your personal identity as a leader

Reflection Papers are due the Sunday, April 17, 2022 by 11:59pm Eastern
time. The grading rubric for the reflection paper is included below.

Paper discusses what you learned about these women leaders as
people and as leaders. Reflection gives an
in-depth summary of what you learned about 3 women you learned about in the
presentations you watched. It includes a reflection on what surprised you to
learn about them and how what you learned impacts your thinking about women
leaders.

In-depth reflection and insights. Paper
shows in-depth reflection and insights about what you learned about these
women and how what you learned informs and impacts your identity as a leader.

Word count and citations fit guidelines. Word count for the reflection is a minimum of 750 words. Sources of research discussed in the paper
are cited using APA format. Standard English grammar and rules of writing are
followed. Paper includes an introduction paragraph and a conclusion paragraph
in addition to paragraphs with reflection content.
