How widespread is the threat you chose?

The subject is: Global Financial Crimes / Organized Crime and Drug Money in Latin America

Please focus this in the financial aspect and how it affects the countries and the rest of the world.

I am sharing two documents I wrote based somewhat based on the topic, you may use it to reference. I can add citation after if you based anything from there and you don’t where it comes from, just highlight it for me. (2 word documents)

I am also sharing a book we read and some articles, but you are not limited to use them.

How widespread is the threat you chose?
Does the threat pose any danger to economic stability of a region or a nation?
Identify and evaluate enforcement strategies being utilized to combat the threat.
Does the threat have applications for abuse by both global business and global crime?
Respond: The so what? is so what that there is organized crime and drug money in LatAm? That will get into the impact that what happenss there will have impact far beyond the immediate area.
The paper should be typed, be no less than 1-inch margins, 1.5 in spacing between the lines and no smaller than 12 font size Times New Roman. Papers should be between 3,500 and 5,000 words. Additional sources and references, beyond those used in your summary, should be utilized to complete the paper, which will be based on your search for and application of additional sources/references.

Please use APA 7 style for your bibliography and use no less than 5 sources. Sources can be articles of all types, books, any media with proper citations.

importance/relevance of all pieces of evidence is clearly stated. There are
no gaps in reasoning—i.e., the reader does not need to assume anything or do
additional research to accept the main argument.

Organization

The essay contains an intro, main body, and
conclusion. The introduction lays out the main argument and gives an outline
of what the reader can expect in the essay. The conclusion brings everything
together, acknowledges the potential shortcomings of the paper, and gives the
reader a sense of what further work might be done to advance the subject
matter described in the paper.

All sentences are grammatically correct and
clearly written. No words are misused or unnecessarily fancy. Technical
terms, words from other languages, and words from other historical periods
are always explained. All information is accurate and up-to-date. The Paper
