Why is collaboration an important concern in reentry efforts? What can probation departments do to enhance their effectiveness?

6. Discuss the difference between static and dynamic risk factors in regards to delinquency prevention programs. Please define both static and dynamic risk factors and provide examples of each. Why is this difference important to consider in designing effective intervention strategies?
