Develop a culturally appropriate health promotion program.
Write an essay that addresses the following:
1. In your introduction, provide background support for the Bipolar disorder in Adults
2. Discuss the community(low income community) and social disparities in that community that your health program will be addressing.
3. Provide a description of how you will implement the health program and the roles of each member. For example, if you will be using a committee of health educators? What message will you be providing to your population? Where will your program take place, e.g., location?
