Case Study Guidelines:

Students will analyze Textbook Case: Muffler Magic (page 638) using the outline provided below.

The purpose of a case analysis assignment is to provide you with an opportunity to apply concepts from class to actual situations. Your case analysis should be professionally written, concise, and in APA format. Please be sure to incorporate theories or concepts from class, and outside research. Reference them appropriately. Your case analysis should be 4-6 pages in length (double spaced), plus a title page, abstract, and resource list.

NOTE:

Questions provided at the conclusion of the case can be used to assist you in identifying key concepts, but are not a part of this assignment and should NOT be submitted.
External supporting research is required in the Key Issues and Alternative Solutions sections.
Your written analysis must include the following sub-headings:
Synopsis of the Situation (5 pts) Write a synopsis that provides a brief overview of the case.

Implementation/Recommendations (10 pts) Identify how to implement the selected solution and what the expected results (positive and negative) might be. Your job is to identify an action, not put off action.
Title page, abstract, and resource list (5 pts)
