Write a causal argument. Research what experts believe are some of the causes/effects of the problem you’ve chosen and then assert what seems to you the most intelligent of these theories.

Problem: College Students and Hunger
Many college students experience food insecurity, much more so than in 20 or 30 years ago. In
fact, some studies indicate that as many as half of all college students struggle to put food on
the table. Why is that? What has changed in the last few decades that made it so difficult for
students to feed themselves? You could also consider the effects of food insecurity on college
students. For example, you might find that hungry college students are much less likely to
complete a degree or get good grades. For an overview of the problem, take a look at the
