Hellp rewrite!

You need to come up with a title as well as an abstract (that is due as an assignment on Sunday).
2. Your intro is unfocused and all over the place. You state one research question at the start and then another at the end. You did nothing to set up the reason for your inquiry. You have a discussion on at last 3 different topics and do not offer any logic for how or why they are connected to your research question. It is clear that you do not have a clear idea of what it is you are addressing in the thesis, which likely means everything to follow will be incorrect.
3. Your entire literature review is for a third and fourth topic, and it does not apply to the topic you proposed to me, and it cannot be answered with GSS data. See my comments for details.
4. You have decent summaries of the ideas from Durkheim, Weber, and Marx about religion, the problem is none of it applies to an analysis of the effect of income on religiosity at the individual level. There is nothing here you can use to derive a hypothesis from. This entire section is not useable.
5. For the methods, you have SOME of the information you need but there is a lot of confusion and a lack of organization. You also did not clearly explain the sample (how you got it) or why a comparison of proportions test is appropriate to test your specific hypothesis.
6. For the analysis, you did not follow ANY of the tutorials I posted…not one. What this means is that everything in this section is wrong and cannot be used.
