Cultural Competency Course
Being culturally competent will be the foundation for your management skills. Having the ability to have everyone feel inclusion in the work place or organization will lead to solid team building.
Create a paper explaining what strategies, terminologies and theories you have used from the course text. This paper should be based on experiences from your employment or internship. You are to correlate what you have learned from the writings, while giving a concise understanding of the text as it relates to the course syllabus.
This paper should be four (4) pages at a minimum, double spaced, with a size 12 font (preferably Tahoma or Calibri).
The paper should have a cover page, and a page for the bibliography.
