Introduction: In this section, briefly introduce the topic, its impact on healthcare during this current pandemic, and the purpose of this paper.

Section II: 4 points
Research Review: Describe the issue based on COVID -19 and summarize information you obtained from at least two credible web sites (CDC, MDH, Medscape, AAHRQ, IHI, WHO, Mayo Clinic, Harvard Medical School, NIH, QSEN, NLN, NCSBN, etc.). Be sure to describe a minimum of two national or global recommendations related to your topic. Describe the recommendations of your findings.

Section III: 4 points
Discussion: Based on the recommendations you identified in section II, what are you seeing at your place of employment, clinical site or within your community? What are the barriers to implementing the recommendations? What improvements to patient care or health care systems do you recommend? Be sure to include factual information and references for any information you obtain. Do not state your opinion as fact. Be sure to properly quote any interviews that are done.

Section IV: 4 points
Conclusion: Summarize your findings from the above three sections. Summarize the main points, state the significance and conclude your thoughts.

Writing Expectations:
The evidence-based paper should use proper font size (e.g., 10-point Lucida Sans Unicode, 11-point Calibri, 12-point Times New Roman), three to four pages of content (Section I ~ IV) with proper Level 1 heading, and in APA style (the 7th edition).  Professional style writing is expected which includes correct grammar, punctuation, and neatness.  The paper must include a title and reference page.  A minimum of two credible web sites must be cited.  The credible web sites must be current – 2019 to now from the suggestions above in section II, unless approved by your instructor.
