You are comparing between the 2 companies selected for your group and researching elements of organizational behavior at each to find out which company would be best to work for. So you need to research which one offers salaries, benefits, incentives to motivate employees, read reviews about each company at glassdoor.com or indeed.com and find out about employee turnover rate/ commitment. Research if any of the companies had any lawsuits or scandals that may have affected its reputation/ trust. Give example of decision making at each company and compare the performance by comparing sales, revenues, market share.
