Management Report

Your
organisation intends to engage in an innovative project soon. A strategy paper
is being prepared for the whole project.
The project has been estimated to cost around Rs50 million.

You,
as the financial consultant of the organisation, are requested to write a
management report “Financing Project X ”to be included in the strategy paper.
Your report shall include, inter-alia:
(i)
financial
markets;
(ii)
access
to long term finance; and
(iii)
computations
to support your recommendations.

You may refer to any organisation of your choice in Mauritius and
make any assumptions.
