Infographic on Loudness Wars

Purpose:
To provide information about a sound issue to nonexperts in a visually interesting way. Imagine that these could be hanging on walls within university hallways – what would you want your fellow students to learn about?
FIRST PART:
Task:
You will create an infographic that explains an audio ‘issue’ of your choice nonexperts.
YOUR AUDIO ISSUE:
Loudness Wars
Infographics are visual representations of information. They can include numbers, text, images, or any combination of the three. Just as in traditional writing assignments, infographics can take on any of the various rhetorical modes — informative, instructive, descriptive, persuasive, etc. Infographics provide authors with a quick way to convey a lot of information. Your infographic will likely be informative/instructive/descriptive
Platforms to design – your choice!
Infogram, Canva, Easelly, Piktochart, Visme
SECOND PART:
· A write-up (2 pages) explaining your infographic and how it connects to class content. You do not necessarily have to connect to readings but please cite sources if you use them!
