Hello Please make sure to follow parts A and B of the Assesment 2.
(A) : Indicate how the feedback in learning from the first piece of assesment 1 have been used to prepare for final essay.
– How the feedback and learning from the first piece of assesment have been used to help prepare for the essay
– List two aspects of your writing and leearning which you wish to improve on (Just refer to the attached tutor feedback file and base off my writing weaknesses from that) and detail how you have started to plan and address these.

(B) : Reflection on motivation and passion and first steps to achieving your goal
– Speak on own personal capabilities in an organisational context. Start to define your motivational goals in relation to work.
– Outline motivation and passion in relation to a desired work environment/ career that I would pursure. Speak on where my motivation from this stems from.
– First step to achieving goals during the 35 hour requirement of University and how that can help you attain your first steps to your goal (Basically the 35 hour requirments is something our university required first and second year students to do – (new/existing part time jobs, LinkedIn learning, award activities) and see how it can help me attain my goals).
