What are your immediate post-graduate short-term goals and long term goals?

This a personal statement to get into a marketing program. It’s the essay has two parts

Essays are an opportunity for applicants to express themselves in areas that
may not have been reflected in other portions of the application. Please

What are your immediate post-graduate short-term goals and long term goals?

Please note: Short term goals are considered 2 – 4 years after you have
completed your MS degree and long term goals are considered 7 – 10 years
after you have completed your MS degree.

Part 2

We’d like to know a little more about you. Please respond to the following
question (350 word limit):
The commitment to starting an online graduate program involves adding a
new element to your life and requires proficient time management skills. How
do you plan to balance your personal, work, and school life to ensure success in all areas.
