Write a discussion paper on the effects of Air pollution.

For this paper, we shift our focus to the major analytical research project. We’ll spend several weeks researching, constructing, and writing the paper. My immediate advice, though, is to find a topic that sparks your curiosity or passion.
Please note that the subject must be contemporary and must be approved by me.
Grade Expectations
Here’s a quick assessment of the guidelines:
1. This research paper requires a thesis (a theory, argument, or interpretation). Your writing
requires interpretation/analysis of the facts/data/quotes you present.
2. You need at least five sources that state a variety of approaches, points of view, or
methodologies. Two of these sources need to be analytical.
3. A historical perspective must be a part of your reasoning.
4. It needs to be thoroughly researched and carefully documented.
5. The final research project should be 5 full pages long, minimum.
6. A formal Works Cited page is required, which is not part of the page count.
7. Your topic and format must be approved by me.
You are welcome to use imagines in the paper. If you are writing about advertising, for example, you will need images to analyze. But please make sure to fulfill the page limits.
We will talk about topics and approaches online. But these seven steps are the basic components of your grade. It is a rare opportunity to select something that interests you, so take the time to consider several topics that relate to the class.
