Leader Interview & Reflection

The purpose of this project is to provide you with an opportunity to interview an established leader.
Conduct a 30-minute in person (if possible) interview of a leader. Complete a set of questions to ask, and write a reflection on what you learned from interviewing this leader and how it will affect your professional practice. When selecting a leader, you should consider your own career goals and interests so that you may grow professionally from the experience. Be thoroughly prepared for the interview so you can gather as much information as possible. Your preparedness will also communicate to the leader that you respect his/her time. The information below can guide you in preparing for the interview and reflection, but please include questions of your own design as well.
