Please identify five professional development resources (professional organizations, books or periodicals, websites or other digital tools, etc.) through which you would like to maintain your growth and development as a professional learner/effective school administrator. Attempt to highlight resources which are especially practical and affordable, recognizing that most school administrators do not have a limitless supply of time and money.
Present your listing of five continuing education resource in the format of an annotated bibliography, providing the specific resource (full APA citation for a book or periodical, membership contact address for a professional organization, etc.) as well as a rationale as to what specifically the resource would provide and why it would be “essential” in the professional development arsenal of a school administrator. This continuing education “short list” should be two pages, double-spaced.
