Based upon my investigation, it is my judgment that you are responsible for cheating on a multimedia project and scriipt in Elementary Spanish II taught by Kelly De Souza and Noah Myers during the Spring Semester 2022. Though you denied the charge, you admitted during our discussion that the work you submitted had been rewritten or edited by a tutor. In addition, you previously had been charged with cheating on an assignment in Psychology 3020 during the Fall Semester 2021. I have decided to handle this case under Section 3 of the University Of Missouri Rules Of Procedure in Student Conduct Matters. For your misconduct I am proposing to you an informal disposition with two parts. First, under our agreement, you would be placed on probation with the Office of Academic Integrity for the remainder of your studies at the University of Missouri. This sanction would not go on your transcriipt. It becomes relevant to your experience at Mizzou if you are found responsible for academic dishonesty in the future.
