Following on from your Consultancy Report, you are also required to submit a Reflective Assessment, which looks at the models and frameworks used throughout the module to carry out the analysis, addressing the following questions: 1. On reflection, how did you find using the models in your report? Where there problems you found? Were they applicable to your company? Did you need to adapt the model? Justify your answer. Choose at least 2 of the models used; 2. Critically analyse (using academic literature) at least 2 of the models you used in your report, discussing the benefits and drawbacks of using such frameworks. The reflection should be written in the 1st person, as it is a personal reflection, as well as an academic critique. There is no defined structure for this reflection and critique, you can set it out as an essay or can use headings/sub headings in a report format if you wish.
