How do people of color experience discrimination in the workplace?

Hii! I am doing a research paper! I was assigned to come up with a research question, in which I chose to do it on “How do people of color experience discrimination in the workplace?” I will attach the book that we read in class in which we need to add citations and use it as a reference to tie into my research question in my essay. I need a total of 6 sources, the book I attached can already be counted as one. The rest of the sources may they please be peer reviewed articles or books. I need body paragraphs to answer and explain reasonings to the research question, maybe one of them can focus on how people of color experience discrimination in the workplace but how it may affect their mental health and how they perform at work. We can also use topics such as oppression, sexism, discrimination, etc. In my conclusion paragraph may you please add why this topic is important and how it incorporates with my job, I work at a child care center/preschool so maybe we can say something along the lines of it’s important for me to be aware of these problems in the case that it may happen at my job and I can take action etc. May you also add an APA reference page if possible, a reference page counts as a page! I can do my title page.
