The case contains two disclosures by Alphaland to the PSE. The primary topic of this submission should be just be one disclosure, you may choose if you want to do the first disclosure dated January 19, 2014 or the second disclosure dated January 20, 2014. If you choose the first disclosure, make sure you cover the ownership profile of Alphaland before and after the disclosure. If you choose the second disclosure, include a brief assessment on whether or not Alphaland is distressed. Please note you have insufficient room within the page limit to analyze both disclosures, and it would be better to specialize.
